The G-NET 10.4" industrial computer monitor is a high brightness sunlight readable VGA touch screen display that is ideal for commercial vehicle PC installations that require a more rugged solution like police service vehicles, emergency vehicles, transport trucks, taxi cabs and marine vessels / yachts. The G-NET 10.4" industrial computer monitor is also ideal for industrial computing applications such as factory use, automation and other industrial uses.

The VESA 75mm mounting holes a the rear allow for the easy mounting of the display onto any standard VESA mount. The front mounted control panel features 5 soft touch buttons allowing for the easy control of the power function and OSD (on-screen-display) settings.

The G-NET Industrial 10.4" Transflective High Brightness Sunlight Readable Display features a transflective panel to enable sunlight and daylight readability. Transflective LCD panels are ideal for vehicle installations where a lot of ambient sunlight is present. Transflective displays allow the natural ambient light to pass through the LCD panel and be reflected back, effectively increasing the LCD brightness. This type of technology makes for an LCD that is bright enough to use in dark environments without the intensity of a actively enhanced hi bright LCD, but also bright enough to use in direct sunlight because its brightness increases proportionally with the ambient light level. The clear advantage to having a sunlight readable LCD that uses transflective technology is lower power consumption and lower heat generation, which lead to a longer LCD panel life making transflective technology is ideal for sunlight readable displays.

The G-NET 10.4" industrial computer monitor with transflective LCD panel features a resistive serial touch screen as well as NTSC composite and S-VIDEO inputs to allow the connection of external video devices such as PVR systems, cameras, and video players.

• IR Touch Screen: The GNET_104VGAXFT can be custom ordered with an infra red (IR) touch screen which improves the glare characteristics of the monitor while providing a rigid, long lasting touch screen surface.
• Rear Mounted Control Panel: The GNET_104VGAXFT can be custom ordered with a rear mounted control panel (power button and OSD menu control buttons). This is often used in applications where the user shouldn't have access to the power button or OSD for security reasons. Such as a digital signage application, or public advertising environment.
